Delcard Associates is a full service Mechanical Contractor that specializes in heating, air conditioning, plumbing, pipefitting, and sheet metal. Our main headquarters houses a 61,000 sq. ft. fully automated sheet metal and pipe fabrication shop. Delcard's work and management team have been recognized and awarded both locally and nationally for quality, safety and professionalism.
Delcard Associates was founded October 30, 1984. The company started in a one-office facility, approximately 225 square feet. Their business plan for projected growth was to do a $5 million dollar volume after five years. That goal was attained in three years.
Continued growth has required Delcard to move yet again to an even larger facility located in the New Castle Airport Industrial Park. The new 61,000 sq. ft. headquarters houses a 40,000 sq. ft. fully automated sheet metal and pipe fabrication shop.
Delcard Associates is considered the Wilmington market's #1 Mechanical Contractor, known for professionalism, quality and safe construction practices. We are the contractor of choice for many major local clients due to our commitment to "total quality". Our original business plans have since tripled and they continue to grow.
