In order to get to know you better we'd like to take a moment to introduce ourselves to you, give you a little background, and let you know that we're people too.
Our father, John F. Kleinstuber, better known as "Jack," moved to Fenwick Island, Delaware, in 1967. He loved people and real estate, and he worked for two local real estate agencies for 10 years. After these ten years of local experience, Jack founded John F. Kleinstuber and Associates in 1977. Sadly, our father died August, 1999 at the age of 69.
Still to this day, we are a family-owned and operated full-service real estate office specializing in sales and rentals in Fenwick Island. Although we provide services in Bethany Beach, Ocean City and the surrounding inland areas, the great majority of our business is focused in Fenwick Island.
The office has grown in size every year. It began with an initial inventory of 6 rental listings and 4 sales listings in 1977, and now handles over 100 rental properties and sales listings in excess of 50 at any given time. The majority of our renters are repeat customers; and, from year to year we look forward to seeing the same families returning to our office. Many of our original renters' children now rent from us, and we enjoy watching their families grow along with ours.
Our office is open 7 days a week all year round. Our rental department begins taking rental reservations on the 15th day of November each year for the approaching summer, which keeps us busy all winter. Sales is a year-round activity with business continuing on a daily basis. We are a licensed DE Real Estate Company.
Our family spent many wonderful summers vacationing in Fenwick Island before making it our permanent home. Our experiences resulted in the creation of our slogan, "Where Happy Memories are Made." The Kleinstuber family looks forward to assisting your family with a quality rental, or perhaps, a second home where your own happy memories can be made.
Thank you for spending a little time with us on-line, and we hope you take the opportunity to experience our unique family town. Give us a call and speak with John or Nancy and get personalized attention every time.
We just don't give a homeowner a price and hope we are the low bidder. Even though getting every job would be great, it is more about educating the homeowner on what they need and what they don't nee
