Because PFI and PFB are dedicated to ongoing learning in all facets of our industry, we're headed to the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Conference in Orland, FL, mid November. There, we'll pick up new ideas, ride rides(!) and find new sources for event design goods and services. We're excited to bring information and cutting edge ideas back to use on future events!
Next in our sights is The Special Event Conference, the educational event the whole industry worldwide looks forward to! Arizona in January will be great, and we'll be actively attending classes and seeing more amazing goods and services on the trade show floor!

How much space should I allow per person so I know how big my event space needs to be?
6-7 square feet per person for a cocktail event (includes people and F&B tables, high tops).
10 -12 square feet per person for a sit-down dinner or open style event with multiple food and beverage stations, entertainment, table seating.
