Kathleen Gareth RN, MSN, FNP

Kathleen Gareth is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who completed her training at Widener University. Her practice is located in Wilmington, Delaware. Kathleen has chosen to utilize integrative medicine in the treatment of her patients. She incorporates Homeopathy, Reiki, Basic Nutritional Counseling, Bio-Identical Hormones & Herbs in her practice. She has been practicing alternative / integrative medicine for over 10 years. Kathleen is currently a Reiki Master Level III. She also incorporates Therapeutic Touch and other forms of energy work into her healings.
She develops with each patient an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan. This plan will incorporate the modalaties based on a thorough interview with each patient. Patients may be referred out as needed for other modalaties which might include Chineese medicine, Massage and various other forms of treatments.

I treat a number of conditions using various forms of integrative / alternative health. Included in these are: ADD/ADHD, Asthma, Allergies, Chronic Ear / Sinus infections, Migraine Headaches, Exzema and other skin conditions, Hypertension, High Cholesterol / Hyperlipidemia, Diabetes (Type 2), Women's Issues including PMS & Menopausal Symptoms, GI conditions such Gerd, Colitis, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, etc.
