New Directions Delaware, Inc. is a support group for people with depression or bipolar disorder (manic depression) and for their families and friends. We are located in Wilmington, Delaware, and our members come from Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

Participants in the New Directions Delaware support group will share their stories of successfully dealing with depression and bipolar disorder. These successes have been achieved despite sometimes overwhelming personal problems and public stigma.
For the 19th consecutive year, New Directions will also present awards to outstanding participants and to professionals who have assisted the support group in achieving its goals. The public is invited. To protect confidentiality, names of participants receiving awards will be announced at the program. The professional and public awards are the following:
Professional of the Year- Nick Kotchision, LPC, CADC, Harmonious Minds
Organization of the Year- MeadowWood Behavioral Health System
at Aldersgate United Methodist Church 2313 Concord Pike (Rt. 202) in Wilmington, Delaware.
Meetings begin promptly at 7:15 PM and end promptly at 9:00 PM. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so we may start on time. All meetings are open to the public and support meetings are free.
New Directions Delaware is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
