Low-maintenance and easy to clean windows are one of the best improvements you can make. Our insulated glass and frame packages with tilt-in cleaning features are decades ahead of the old storm window systems in efficiency, ease of use, and cleaning convenience. Put those grids between the glass on your new windows, and you won’t be washing six little panes of glass anymore, and don’t hang out of your window reaching for that little smudge you just can’t seem to reach- just tilt it in and work from the safety and comfort of the inside of your home. And of course don’t forget you’ll be saving money from the day you have our windows installed- through greatly improved efficiency.
High-efficiency low-maintentence replacement windows are one of the smartest improvements you can make. Today’s technology offers high-performance, insulation packages which offer unprecedented returns for your wallet in the form of life-long conservation of energy, as well as rewarding you through generous tax credits and government rebates! And being “Green” doesn’t restrict you to one or two choices when it comes to windows. These energy saving packages can be applied to any one of our manufactures’ leading products.
And after you’ve chosen the perfect windows for your needs, our installation crews offer proffessionalism and experience that is unsurpassed. We use only the best quality materials and equipment to make your job complete, and we respect that we are guests invited into your home at certain points in your window replacement project. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and our view on this as it applies to your home can be summed up in the phrase: “When we leave you shouldn’t know we were there, except for the fact that you will have beautiful new windows”.

Not only does an old door’s innefficiency against the elements translate into excess costs on energy bills, but changing a tired, worn door could say a lot about a home to anyone who visits. Our beautiful steel and fiberglass replacement doors offer endless styles and glass patterns to complement your home’s entry and make an impression no one will miss.

When we look at yesterday’s doors before removing them for replacement, it often seems as though they were designed to merely reduce drafts…and they often did a pretty poor job of even that. If you’re seeing daylight where you shouldn’t, or if your weatherstripping is torn, missing, or consists of nothing but an old metal strip that doesn’t even seal all the way around, if you have to force your door to close or if your door is cracked, then you are probably losing a lot of money as heating and cooling energy literally slips through the cracks. Our doors are polyurethane insulation filled fiberglass and steel- materials that offer stability and rigidity without worry of twisting, warping, cracking, or shrinking. Best of all- many of our entry doors qualify for the same energy tax credits and rebates you may have heard being offered on windows.
Not only does your door’s inefficiency against the elements translate into excess costs in the form of higher than needed energy bills, but a tired, old, “beat-up” door could be saying the wrong things about your home to your guests. Today’s beautiful fiberglass and steel doors offer an impressive array of styles, glass designs, and prefinished color choices (that’s right- you won’t need that paintbrush for your door!), A tasteful and elegant new door to complement your home’s entry will make an impression no one could miss!

Let’s face it- no other factor influences the curb appeal of your home more than the condition of your siding and trim. Today’s wide range of low-maintenence colors and styles of insulated siding offers you the chance to redesign your home to suit your tastes exactly, as well as give your home a look and feel that says “brand new”.
When siding was installed on homes years ago, not a lot of thought was given to insulating quality. Siding was just a way to keep water out of the house, and insulation was something merely inserted into the framing of your walls- if you were lucky! Now we know much better, and re-siding a home not only brings the look of your home into an eye-catching work of art, but also brings your efficiency factor into the 21st century by incorporating additional insulation right into the siding panel itself. This rigid foam-backed insulation can be as thick as 1 1/2″, as in our Alside Prodigy Next Generation Insulated Siding line, and qualifies for the national Energy Star certification. In addition, this rigid backing reduces the ripples and waves associated with many of yesterday’s vinyl siding products. DuPont Tyvek applied beneath these aready outstanding siding panels really seals things up.
You won’t believe the increased level of comfort you’ll experience in a tighter, quieter home after we’ve finished your home. And inside is exactly where you can be- rather than on a ladder with a paintbrush in your hand! Our siding comes in more shapes, colors, and sizes than ever before, and not a single vinyl siding panel we offer requires painting. Couple the new siding system with our low maintenence trim package and even your overhangs, door frames, window frames, and other woodwork can be yesterday’s chores- never to be painted again after we’re done.

A roof is the covering on the uppermost part of a building. A roof protects the building and its contents from the effects of weather. Structures that require roofs range from a letter box to a cathedral or stadium, dwellings being the most numerous.
In most countries a roof protects primarily against rain. Depending upon the nature of the building, the roof may also protect against heat, sunlight, cold and wind. Other types of structure, for example, a garden conservatory, might use roofing that protects against cold, wind and rain but admits light. A verandah may be roofed with material that protects against sunlight but admits the other elements.
The characteristics of a roof are dependent upon the purpose of the building that it covers, the available roofing materials and the local traditions of construction and wider concepts of architectural design and practice and may also be governed by local or national legislation.
The material of a roof may range from banana leaves, wheaten straw or seagrass to lamininated glass, aluminium sheeting and precast concrete. In many parts of the world ceramic tiles have been the predominant roofing material for centuries.
The construction of a roof is determined by its method of support and how the underneath space is bridged and whether or not the roof is pitched. The pitch is the angle at which the roof rises from its lowest to highest point. Most domestic architecture, except in very dry regions, has roofs that are sloped, or pitched. The pitch is partly dependent upon stylistic factors, but has more to do with practicalities. Some types of roofing, for example thatch, require a steep pitch in order to be waterproof and durable.[1] Other types of roofing, for example pantiles, are unstable on a steeply pitched roof but provide excellent weather protection at a relatively low angle. In regions where there is little rain, an almost flat roof with a slight run-off provides adequate protection against an occasional downpour.
The durability of a roof is a matter of concern because the roof is often the least accessible part of a building for purposes of repair and renewal, while its damage or destruction can have serious effects.
