Maryland Portable Concrete, Inc., the only remaining family owned and operated ready-mixed producer in the MD-DE-PA tri-state area, is also the largest. Today, MPC operates two plants in Harford County, two in Cecil County, and a portable plant for on-site work. Our delivery fleet of over 140 vehicles is comprised of front and rear discharge ready-mixed trucks, concrete pumping trucks, dump trucks, and a newly expanding fleet of roll-off container trucks.
