Jennifer S. Lubinski was elected President of Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc. on June 3, 2010. Maryland Defense Counsel, the local affiliate of the Defense Research Institute, is a statewide organization of defense attorneys dedicated to the integrity and preservation of the civil justice system.
